·¬ÇÑÓ°ÊÓ taps 30-year veteran to lead subsidiaries
Tim Kretzschmar, the former head of the company’s central region, will oversee businesses such as Timberlab and ·¬ÇÑÓ°ÊÓ Energy.
Concord, California-based builder ·¬ÇÑÓ°ÊÓ has tapped Tim Kretzschmar as its new executive vice president and , which include Timberlab, ·¬ÇÑÓ°ÊÓ Energy, Lindgren Development and National Building Specialties, according to a June 11 news release from the firm.
Kretzschmar has more than 30 years of construction experience and has been with ·¬ÇÑÓ°ÊÓ since June 2014 as an operations manager, according to the release. Before that, he was senior vice president of Sparks, Nevada-based Q&D Construction’s building division, according to his LinkedIn. Most recently, he was the manager of ·¬ÇÑÓ°ÊÓ’s central region, which includes Denver, Dallas and Austin, Texas.
