We are proud to have been a key partner in successfully developing the New Terminal 1 Parking Plaza at San Diego International Airport. Working collaboratively with the Arrive Joint Venture, our team has played a vital role in bringing this project to fruition, delivering 2,834 new parking spaces in the first phase. This milestone marks a significant step forward in meeting the growing demand for parking and enhancing the overall travel experience at SAN. Our commitment to quality and efficiency has been at the forefront of this project, ensuring that the New T1 Parking Plaza meets the high standards the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority sets.

As we look ahead to completing the second phase in late summer 2025, we are excited to continue our partnership and contribute to the nearly 8,500 total parking spaces available. The New T1 Parking Plaza’s innovative design and sustainable features, including advanced parking guidance and stormwater capture systems, reflect our dedication to creating modern, efficient, and environmentally responsible infrastructure.
