·¬ÇÑÓ°ÊÓ built out this mission critical customer service center for a luxury retail client. This facility will serve as a regional office for employees and includes workspace, training labs, collaboration areas, a product repair workshop, cafe and dining areas, and shared support services.
At the center of the building, the north and south wings converge in a central atrium that serves as the welcoming lobby. The ground floor scope included the training center, product displays, dining facilities and repair work shop. 300 employees occupy this space.
The second floor accommodates the core offices, open work stations and conference rooms and an operations office overlooking the repair shop.
A portion of the third floor was subdivided and remains undeveloped for expansion, general infrastructure was completed.
